Wynwood 26 is situated in the heart of Wynwodd Art Center. The project features 175 luxury rental apartment units and 30,000 square feet of premium retail space.

The project was a joint venture between Vietmar, BH, and Related Group.

The construction of the buildings has been finished and is currently available for public access.
