PARAISO BAYVIEWS

Paraiso Bayviews is situated alongside Miami Design District and Wynwood Art center. The residence features 388 upscale residences, each offering breathtaking panoramic views of the bay. The building also features eight commercial retail spaces.

The project was a joint venture between Vietmar, BH, and Related Group, with total sales revenue of $225 million.

The construction of the buildings has been finished and is currently available for public access.
