The residence features 407 units and 4 retail spaces, with elegant amenities, including a private Beach Club, restaurants, a breathtaking infinity-edge pool and sun deck overlooking the ocean.

The project was a joint venture between Vietmar, BH, and Related Group, with total sales revenue of $325 million.

The construction of the buildings has been finished and is currently available for public access.
